Many thoughts to Margaret & family. So many fondly remembered interactions with Terry back to my Nottinghamshire days – late 70s, always interested & encouraging. Thought for a period he was going to be Director in Suffolk when myself Deputy, but he was appointed to K&C and sadly (for me) withdrew. Uniquely, I guess, among his peers he & I shared from childhood a love for Luton Town FC, which he then continued much more seriously. I’ll always remember him as a model to my own social work/social services aspirations, an inspiration & a friend. Brian Parrott
